Join our Boxing & Mindfulness Programme
Welcoming of all ages and levels of fitness
The wellbeing programme using the Spicer Method is run by ex Commonwealth Games boxer, Valerian Spicer and Business Psychologist, Andy Cole. It's an evidence led programme of physical fitness and positive psychology based upon a storyboard of lessons from Valerian's career as an elite athlete. The 6 stage acronym of Valerian's name represents 6 states of mind she lived, trained and competed in throughout her international career.

With social distancing measures in place globally to combat Coronavirus, we have taken The Spicer Method online. In doing so, we have decided to put a specific focus on shadow-boxing, proven to have a positive effect on mental health. This is a relaxed group and contributing to the discussion is voluntary.
We are holding two 1 hour weekly sessions (each session is 30 mins boxing fitness/30 mins discussion group)
- Wednesdays at 6pm - 7pm
- Saturdays at 10.30am - 11.30am
Sessions are £5 per class.
We accept donations for those effected by Covid-19 and/or are in financial difficulties.
