My love of boxing continues through my training of others; whether it's a 1-1, group session or corporate training session. I apply my boxing knowledge and experience through nearly a decade of training as an elite athlete and adapt it to my every day training sessions.
My approach to personal training is that it's personal! Whatever the level of fitness, age, injuries or ambitions, sessions are designed around client's needs.
I also run fun 'learn to box' non-contact fitness boxing courses for companies. Clients enjoy weekly 1 hour training sessions which consists of authentic boxing training (of course), high intensity circuits and a mixture of strength and conditioning training.
